QualTopics™ Process

• Once you’ve decided to use QualTopics™, our team will discuss with you your key objectives and goals for the chats. One of our experienced qualitative leads will then craft a moderator discussion guide and work with you to fine tune the conversation to ensure that your objectives will be met in the chats.
• When fielding begins, our team will send you the initial handful of chats for your review. At this time you can make changes, tweaks and/or edits to the moderator discussion guide, which the team will immediately integrate into ongoing chats.
• We will then give you remote access to our client viewing site, where you can login and take your “seat behind the glass” as fielding continues. Any of your additional feedback can be quickly communicated to the team, and be further incorporated.
